[LM_NET] Sec: "rules" for students with laptops

This year we have seen a definite surge in students bringing personal
laptops to school.  I think this is a great thing but I think it is making
our administrators and tech people a little nervous.  If you are in a school
that allows students to use their laptops on the school network I have
several questions for you.  Please contact me directly.
