Dear LM_NETTERS: I had an unusual request from a parent. After her son did a current events report about banned books, she went out and got the book, "And Tango Makes Three," to read to her children. She expressed positive opinions about the book and asked the child's teacher (who asked me) what she could do as a family to keep certain books from being banned. What advice would you give her? If I receive enough responses I will post a HIT. Thank you, Joyce Pavelko Learning Center Specialist Ivy Hall School-Grades 1-5 1072 Ivy Hall Lane Buffalo Grove, IL 60089 847-459-0022 x1301 email: jpavelko@district96.k12.il.us -------------------------------------------------------------------- Please note: All LM_NET postings are protected by copyright law.
