This is my first request, so I hope I have followed procedures correctly. My principal has asked me to make research/make suggestions for computer programs that could be used in an elementary school computer lab for initial set-up. We will have the MS Office Suite, Kidspiration, and Accelerated Reader on lab computers. What she would like to add is one or more programs that could benefit most teachers and students in a K-4 setting. They can be either subscription-based or traditional software with a site license. We have about $1,000 to spend. Can anyone recommend something you have found to be very worthwhile and frequently used?
