Hi LM_Netters,
I am teaching lessons on copyright, and one of my students asked a stumper.
Would teachers playing music in the background during their classes be
considered public performance? Art classes hold around 20 students; music is
played during 6 classes (120 students hear it a day). Thanks for the help!
