You're talking about Arthur Miller's play, right? We've had it in our
middle school since the 70s without any negative feedback.

Subject: Target: The Crucible for Middle School

HI All.

I just got a request from a teacher asking if we had The Crucible in a
middle school library. I think it's too mature for middle school. I'm
not sure if she is reading it with the class or asking if it's there to
recommend it to the students. I think it's a good book for discussion,
but still question if it's appropriate for a middle school library. Any
thoughts or comments?

Thank you.
Carla
