I tried e-mailing you direct, but you were blocked by a firewall.

I am blessed to have access to NoveList. In a quick search of Cinderella stories
with a Lexile level of less than 500 (top of 2nd, bottom of 3rd grade level) I
found the following titles:

Margery Cuyler - The Biggest, Best Snowman
  Susan Meddaugh - Cinderella's Rat
Vivian Sathre - Slender Ella and her Fairy Hogfather
Patricia Reilly Giff - A Glass Slipper for Rosie
  Erica Silverman - Raisel's Riddle
Stephen Krensky - The Youngest Fairy Godmother Ever
  Barbara Karlin - Cinderella
Charlotte Dematons - Looking for Cinderella

I hope these are of help to you.

Our 2d grade is reading many versions of CINDERELLA. I have at least 30 different
versions of the story, but very few of them are written at the reading level of the
children, meaning RL 2. A few of the students can read those stories written at the
3d grade level, but there are not many in my collection that will work.

If you have a favorite version of CINDERELLA that meets my criteria, would you
please e-mail the title and author, off the list.

Thanks, in advance.
