[LM_NET] Correction to Hit: Re Student/Librarian ratio

 The following correction was passed on to me regarding the staffing question:
Linking for Learning suggests at least one certified and one support staff for each 
school. Further, the North Central Accredidation committee did not
quantify staffing from what could be  seen on their site.
