[LM_NET] ELEM: Book Fair Rules

Hi All,

Next week I will be talking to my 2nd and 3rd graders about the rules for
the upcoming book fair. Since this is my first year teaching (and my first
year with the book fair), I am looking for suggestions on what I should be
talking to them about. I know this seems like it should be obvious, but I
want to make sure I don't miss anything important.
