[LM_NET] TAR Textbook department

PPS is reinstating a Textbook Department.  The dept was disbanded about 7 years ago 
when the textbook guy retired.  I'd love to receive your board policies or 
department procedural manuals or other materials pertaining to running a textbook 
department -- including connections from the textbook dept to curriculum and 
procurement and libraries.
