[LM_NET] School Libaries have Bankers' Hours?

A Staten Island, New York reporter takes a look at why school libraries close their 
doors to children at the end of the school day, precisely when they need to keep 
their doors open so that kids can do their homework, and of course, research for 
their assignments.

Like all things, its a budget matter, and in New York, a political matter.
