Alright y'all have me all stirred up with this Golden Compass talk! A teacher
stopped me in the hall and said, "So what is all this business with the Golden
CAMPUS?" Well being as how we've just had all these emails...I launched into a one
sided discussion of the books versus the movie and reading them before making a
judgement...yada, yada, yada. All the while the teacher's mouth is gaping, and he
is waiting for me to take a breath. Finally he says, "Yes, well that is great, but
why are we getting a Golden CAMPUS award?" Yes, my face was red! Just thought you
all might need a chuckle today.
