[LM_NET] RECIPE: Pineapple Stuffing (can be a dessert)

Cream together:
·         1 stick butter (or ha
Pineapple Stuffing

Cream together:
·         1 stick butter (or half butter half margarine
·         2/3 cup sugar (can be half Splenda)
 
Add:
·         4 eggs
·         20 oz drained crushed pineapple
·         5 slices cubed dried bread
 
Baker in a 1 ½ quart buttered pan @ 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes (until brown 
and crisp on top.  Serve with ham.
 
 
Options 
-      Try with cornbread instead of regular bread
-      Serve warm with ice cream
