[LM_NET] Recipe: Pecan Pie Muffins

Pecan Pie Muffins

1 cup  chopped pecans
1/2 cup plain flour
1 cup brown sugar, packed
2/3 cup butter, melted
2 eggs
1tsp vanilla
dash of salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Spray
miniature muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray. Fill each cup 3/4 full.
Bake in preheated oven for approximately 18 minutes. Makes 24 mini muffins
