Hi Everyone, I have two questions. I'm preparing to upgrade to AR Enterprise. As I've been cleaning up my student data, I found a student who left last year that I can't delete. I get the message that he's still logged in to the STAR program. How can I clear him, so I can delete him. I know how to clear locks in AR, but not in STAR. THe other question I have relates to the upgrade process. Any tips to make it go smoothly? Also how long were your students blocked from testing? I know that we have to stop using the old version before the new one is running. Thanks.
