Dear LM_NETTERS,
I have been asked by a PTO rep the following question:
"SAM (Spring Assistance Ministries) is needing underwear for children. We want to
do an "underwear drive" of some sort for the month of December at the school. I
was thinking of having a CAPTAIN UNDERPANTS drive. Can we use the name Captain
Underpants and his likeness for something like this?"
I believe it is against copyright, but I wanted to make sure I was right. Please
answer me off-line and thanks for your responses in advance.
