LM_NET has a policy of required identification within all messages posted to LM_NET. You should be sure to include your: 1. Name 2. Occupation/Job Title/Worksite 3. E-MAIL ADDRESS Example: Jo Booksworth, Librarian Best Elementary, Bestville, CT JBOOKSWORTH@BEST.K12.CT.US <javascript:press_email('JBOOKSWORTH@BEST.K12.CT.US')> <JBOOKSWORTH@BEST.K12.CA.US <javascript:press_email('JBOOKSWORTH@BEST.K12.CA.US')> > Those who do NOT follow the guideline are moved to the "REVIEW" queue. For some people, especially those on digest, they can't see the whole header information and if you do NOT have your email address in the signature, they don't know who to send a personal reply to and sending it to the entire list is their only way to reply. If your messages end up in the REVIEW queue for me to check, and if you have a comment like "me too" or "can you send it to the whole list" or if the message also went directly to the original poster, I will delete it since all 11,000+ readers don't need to see those messages. THANK YOU for your understanding and cooperation! This isn't meant to be rigid, but such a huge list requires us all to post only when it is necessary for everyone to see, not the "me too" kind of messages, and from list members who identify themselves with the above required components.
