LM-Netters, I am curious about something can you answer a question or two for me? 1. In estimation how many a days a school year is your network down or are you unable to access online resources because of network problems? 2. When you are experiencing network problems - like an ability to get online to access online resources - do you have to inform your techs or do they monitor network traffic sufficiently enough to know? 3. When you are experiencing troubles what is the average response/fix time? Also if you are wondering why on earth I am asking because you NEVER experience these problems I'd like to know that too.
