[LM_NET] elem:looking for a book

I am looking for a book, but I don't know the title. It is about a man
going up in an airplane, but something happened to the plane, but he had
a parachute, but the parachute didn't work, but he was falling towards a
haystack, but the haystack had a pitchfork in it, but he missed the
pitchfork, but he also missed the haystack. . . .etc. Anyway, every page
that is "bad" is in black and white and all of the pages that are "good"
are in color. Do you have any idea what this book is called. .  THANK
YOU SO MUCH!
