[LM_NET] Do you know this book??

Hello everyone,
I have a student looking for a book.  Actually, she says it is a series
of books.  This is how she describes it:

It's a green book with a girl with curly brown hair of the front with
her face in one of her hands.  She thinks it may be called Sara
__________.  It's not Sarah's Face by Brooks.  It has the girl attending
a party where a friend's brother dies & is on the couch.  They're either
telling stories about how he died or who was with him.  As I said, she
said it's part of a series.  
Does it ring a bell for anyone??
