There should be tons at ALA - there have been so many challenges since its
publication. It is one of my least favorite titles.  It has been a problem from
the beginning with its anonymous author (Beatrice Sparks) and its language. I used
to book talk it- used to say it took Alice from Doris Day to Janis Joplin in a few

LM_NET@LISTSERV.SYR.EDUSubject: Re: Target: HS: Book ChallengeGo Ask Alice is being
challenged at my high school. We have the process
in place and the parents are definitely going through the process. They
tried skipping it and went straight to the superintendent, but we held
firm that the process must be followed.

I have found that there are reviews for this material, but I cannot find
the reviews. Can anyone point me in the right direction so can print
out copies of the reviews to take to the meeting tonight at 4pm?
THANKS in advance.
