[LM_NET] TARGET: Picture Books for Middle School Math lesson

I was a Middle School Math teacher before I became an Elementary School
LMS.  A friend of mine, who is a Middle School Math teacher, is looking
for a simple picture book or low level book she could use to teach
integers.  WOW!  I have looked and looked and I am drawing a blank.
Does anyone have any suggestions or recommendations?
