Just wondering......

If you have a conflict, question, misunderstanding, or the like with a follow staff
member, what is your first instinct?

1 -- discuss it with the person privately and try to resolve it between the two of
you?

2-- send out an email to everyone you can think of that might be
interested/involved discussing it ?

3-- go straight to the administrator discussing it ?

I've been watching this happen more than once around my district and just wondered
what are you thoughts on how to handle this professionally.
