Just wondering...... If you have a conflict, question, misunderstanding, or the like with a follow staff member, what is your first instinct? 1 -- discuss it with the person privately and try to resolve it between the two of you? 2-- send out an email to everyone you can think of that might be interested/involved discussing it ? 3-- go straight to the administrator discussing it ? I've been watching this happen more than once around my district and just wondered what are you thoughts on how to handle this professionally.
