[LM_NET] GEN: Atriuum users info

To any and all Atriuum users,

The librarians in my district have chosen Atriuum for our new system, but we
need to put together data for our presentation to the board.  Any
information you share can help us state our case.  Please answer the
following questions, if you can.  

 

1.      How long have you had Atriuum?
2.      Where is your district located (city and state)?
3.      How many schools in your district use Atriuum?  (Approximately) what
is the total number of students in these schools?
4.      Have you ever had to call customer support?  If so, were you
satisfied with their help and attention to your needs?
5.      If someone in our district wanted to talk to you about your
experience, would you be willing?  If so, how would we get in touch with
you?
