I'm wondering if any of the teachers in your respective schools might be interested in doing a three-way conversation or project, in which you/the teacher/myself take a look at the teacher's lessons for Thanksgiving, and, if he/she would be interested in revising them, and then writing about the whole thing for my blog? It'd be a publication for you and the teacher, and, I think it is the sort of essay that gives others courage to make changes in the way they teach about that subject.
