[LM_NET] ELEM: Program Similar to Storybook Weaver

In February, I do a project with my 4th graders where they create their own
Japanese inspired folktale picture book.  In the past Storybook Weaver has
been used, however it is a frustrating for all involved.  Does anyone have
any suggestions for other software to look at to complete this project?
