For any of you who are attending AASL I'd love to meet you --
I will be presenting programs on:

Friday the 26th -- Poems, Prose, and People -- Making Connections;
in the convention center D9/D10 and then will be in the Linworth
Booth in the exhibit hall -- Booth # 900.

Saturday the 27th -- Author Visits: Are You Teaching Anything?; in
the convention center A3 -- with Sharon Coatney, former AASL
president and LMS, and editor; Bob Barner, author/illustrator, and
myself. And then, immediately after, we will be in the
Greenwood/Libraries Unlimited Booth #513 in the exhibit hall -- There
will be cookies -- recipes and giveaways (a copy of an AUTHOR AND YOU
book -- every 15 minutes, I believe).

If you are coming -- especially to the Saturday event, let me know
and I'll bring you as set of 4 recipe cards from my book "Authors in
the Kitchen." One of them is a pumpkin pie recipe (connected to Toni
Buzzeo's book) -- and another for Bob Barner's mother's pecan pie
recipe; both great recipes for the fall and for Thanksgiving.

But I'll be pleased to see you at any of the times -- before or after
either of the presentations or in the Linworth booth on Friday, or
Libraries Unlimited on Saturday -- or just walking in the convention
or exhibit halls. :>).
