[LM_NET] HIT: 7th grade book club about food issues, eating disorders, body image

I am conducting a book club on food issues, eating disorders, and body image with 
my 7th grade girls book club.  I am already using Life in the Fat Lane and Fat 
Chance.  I asked for suggestions for other books I might use.  The following were 
suggested:

Perfect by Natasha Friend
Fat Kid Rules the World *(This would be inappropriate for my seventh graders--lots 
of language, suicide, etc.)
 The Earth, My Butt, and Other Big Round Things
