[LM_NET] Bookflix

I am very interested in previewing a product called Bookflix.  It was
reviewed in the School Library Journal and looks very promising.  I have
sent for the free trial, but have not been able to make it work.  It will
get to a point and not go further.  Anyone have any ideas about what I am
doing wrong and how I can make it work?  Thanks
