[LM_NET] Media Program

My principal came to me this pm and said that by Mon. he needs a 
written description in detail of my media program so he can send it in 
with his state required forms.  I'm hoping not to have to reinvent the 
wheel and that one of you will be kind enough to share your plan so 
that I may then adapt it as needed.  Thank you.
