Greetings from AK, I have moved to a brand new elementary school this fall that's just grades 3-5. It's been insane with teaching 25 class period per week with no library books yet!!! I deeply appreciate suggestions from this listserv that have helped me make it through the first couple of weeks. The new computer lab is up and going now, so I just started classes in there Friday. Of course there isn't any keyboarding software yet, but at least it's functioning. Most of these students have had computer classes for the past two-three years so this isn't anything new to them, but I would like to make it meaningful instruction. My request today is for suggestions for a technology curriculum. I have reviewed the new ITSE standards and my district's tech standards but currently our district doesn't have a curriculum or scope and sequence. Every school with a lab does their own thing. I just don't have time to create my own curriculum and would greatly appreciate your ideas. I checked the archives but there doesn't seem to be anything recent. -------------------------------------------------------------------- Please note: All LM_NET postings are protected by copyright law.
