I just inherited a school where every media specialist in the past had a different way of cataloging AV materials. Is there a standard out there? For example, how would you catalog Eragon, by Paolini if the medium is CD-ROM? If it is an audio cassette? If it is computer software? I would like to be consistent so the next media specialist doesn't think I'm crazy.
