Hi, this is Kathleen Kapenga, an MLIS distance ed student at University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. I would like to TARGET->Learning to write fiction. A high school student I interviewed for my young adult literature course is "writing stories." She would like help through online courses, etc, preferably without charge. There is currently no group at her school for this purpose. She contributes to www.fictionpress.com and chats with other writers. Two questions: Any ideas for helping her out? Does anybody know if www.fictionpress.com is a respectable/good site? If people will respond to me, I'll compile your responses and post A HIT-> on the topic back to the entire LM_NET. Thanks in advance.
