[LM_NET] Need stats on school libraries closing or school librarian cuts ASAP

SKILLs Act and I will forward it to Melanie at the Washington office:

I need stats on school librarians losing jobs or school libraries
closing. I don't care if it is local to your community or state. I just
need to point to hard numbers for the Senate HELP committee and I need
it ASAP!
