According to NCLB, students are to be taught using a research-based reading program. I know Accelerated Reader is research based. What other programs are out there? My students find the school system's adopted Literature books very boring. (Glencoe) I want to add something "extra" in my reading classes. I teach in a middle school. Any ideas or suggestions?
