[LM_NET] TAR: school librarian evaluation tools

We have been directed to develop a new evaluation tool for our schools.  The 
principals have been using classroom teacher tools for us and they are, of course, 
not directed toward our positions.

We are looking for suggestions from the list.  We are compiling information from 
various sources but would like input from this group.
