[LM_NET] GEN: Pro. Orgs' Recommendations for students' responsible internet use?

Hello,

We are preparing for a program for parents of our middle school students on 
responsible internet use. If you have done the same, I  would greatly appreciate it 
if you would share any links to professional organizations' suggestions to parents 
(and teachers) for children's / students' responsible internet use at home and at 
school.
