[LM_NET] National Traffic and Motor Vehicle Safety Act of 1966

Hello - does anyone have any idea how to find this text?  I can find lots of
references to it, but it's not available in Thomas, the National Highway
Traffic Safety Admin, FindLaw's US Codes, Cornell Law. Any other ideas?

I was wondering if you knew how I could find the actual document of
the National
Traffic and Motor Vehicle Safety Act of 1966. I have a synopsis of the act
in the book "Major Acs of Congress" but it would really be great if I could
