[LM_NET] Website design tools

Having created three websites for my school (using FrontPage and iWeb), I 
was approached by a church member asking about the best software for them
to create a church website. I said I would research it but there is so
much available that I am confused. Personally, I think iWeb is the most
user friendly software but it does require a Mac computer. Does anyone
have experience with church websites? Please respond to me directly.
