[LM_NET] Target: Interviewing Teacher Candidates

Hi All,

I've searched through the archives, but haven't found a recent hit on  
this, so please - if you have a minute - help me out!

I'm lucky enough to be on the search committee for our new 3rd grade  
teacher, and I would love it if you would share your best interview  
questions. I'm particularly looking for questions that would  
illuminate the candidates' willingness to collaborate with the  
librarian, their views on research projects and attitude about  
technology.

If you were in my shoes, what would you want to ask? We have great  
teacher retention here and are a very happy staff, so we want to be  
sure we get the best person, they'll probably be around for a while.

I promise to provide a HIT.
