[LM_NET] OPEN WORLDCAT

As I read messages from this listserv from time to time, I wonder if is
a reasonable of me to think that you all know about OPEN WORLDCAT.  This
tool can answer most of the questions that come in on trying to find
something.

 

Using the internet, you can type in OPEN WORLDCAT; when this screen pops
up, then type in the information you are seeking.  Up will comes lots of
help there.
