[LM_NET] Target: Tech: Need recommendation for database application for Windows

Hello all,

I must move from my macs to Windows in 2009. Right now I heavily use
Filemaker Pro (I don't use it well, but it was the best I could find) and
will find myself in need of a database application for Windows. I have not
heard good things about Access as far as it not being user friendly. I have
to admit my favorite database application was from the Microsoft Works
package that was available in the early 2000s. Can anyone recommend an
application that is easier to use than either Filemaker Pro or Access? I'd
love something online that I could access from anywhere I happen to be.

BTW, I keep my books wishlist for three different schools in one database
with priority listings, author, title, company to purchase, who requested
it, subject and level, positive reviews all listed. This is a real must for
me.

Thanks to anyone what can make a recommendation to me.
