Ran report to check in on how many books were overdue (not including checked out) and came up with 322 (about 600 patrons check out weekly)! Isn't that bad? How do I present that without the idea that I'm not doing my job? I remind kids weekly to bring books back on individual basis as I check out, and they are allowed two books out a week, unless they exchange one. Advice? Kelly L.
