[LM_NET] Copyright

Hello!  Our school TV station has recently obtained permission from several local 
authors to read their books on the air on our local access channel.  I'm thinking 
it's not merely enough to get permission from the author, but, we need permission 
from the illustrator as well.  Is this correct?  Thanks!
