[LM_NET] Target: Software

I am in the process of purchasing some software that we need and realize
this can sometimes be a daunting task.  There are so many options out
there.  We know we are looking at purchasing Adobe Acrobat to help deal
with PDFs.  We also need to upgrade to MS Office 2007.  I am curious
what software products everyone out there uses on a regular basis and
can not live without that I may not be aware of.  I am also looking for
some sort of user friendly DVD burning software.  Any suggestions?
