[LM_NET] Texas Librarians help with project?

Hello fellow Texas librarians,

I am at a new school this year and the 4th grade would like to do a project sort of 
like a "Flat Stanley."? We would like to send a flat "Texas Hero" to your school, 
get a picture, and a soil sample of your area. We would like to hit every region of 
Texas. I would send you the Flat Hero, you take a picture with a class, a teacher, 
however you want to set it up. Maybe even at the place the sample is taken. we're 
lookiing for sandy, clay, etc..Fill a little baggie with dirt and mail it to us. I 
will provide all postage so you're just out a little time. I would be glad to 
reciprocate with any help?I can provide. As always, the timeline is tight but I 
would much appreciate any volunteers so I can send our heroes on their "Waltz 
across Texas!"
