[LM_NET] Target-HS- Time Management (TM) Class-IDEA Needed

Dear Fellow Educators,
I hope you can help me help this teacher.  If any of your schools have a
Time Management class, would you please let me know.  If it is possible
for my teacher to talk to your teacher that would be wonderful.  

 From one of our teachers. 
HS Teachers, has anyone taught a Time Management class to their
juniors/seniors?  The reason I ask:  Two of our seniors from last year,
Dlorah Martin and Chris Tobiere have stated (exclusive of the other)
they could have used a TM class as they went on to college.
 
I'm going to create one for JROTC, but did not want to re-invent the
wheel is there is already one being taught.
