1.) I did not bother to list similar permutations of some names. Nor did I note the 
literary origin (Except for one instance.) You're librarians! Figure them out 
yourself!

2.) Apparently--many librarians do not procreate. These librarians consider four 
legged beasties their progeny. This is acceptable.

Here is a list of the literary names of four-legged progeny (I have included the 
genus or species when provided):

(This is also, apparently, acceptable.) When possible, I have included gender.
