[LM_NET] TARGET: Magazine subscriptions

I was getting my HS magazine subscriptions through a company called Spectrum and 
got a dandy price.  When I tried to go do my order, I found that they no longer 
have accounts on the West Coast.

Does anyone have a magazine jobber they use that gives excellent prices?  There are 
places like MAGS ON THE NET that have good prices but you have to pay with a credit 
card :(

EBSCO, COX and a few other jobbers have fairly high prices and I don't have enough 
money in the budget to pay their high prices.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!  TIA, Jaime
