[LM_NET] Target: MID: Romance--age-appropriate titles

Just lately, a parent brought back our Princess Diaries series and
pointed out tons of sexual references, language, etc.   Yikes!  After
thinking about this, I've realized my collection is weak on
romance/girly books for the older girls because I intentionally avoid
purchasing books that end up "inappropriate."  Meanwhile, I feel my
little vampires and Juliets aren't finding books they enjoy.  I'd love
to collect a list of 8th grade girly books (romances, gothic,
mystery/romance, realistic, etc.) that will fulfill that need but also
are completely fine for a 6th grade reader.  For instance, I'd love to
find more authors like Janette Rallison (romantic, quality characters,
and morals without being overly moralistic) or the Bluford series.
