My question was concerning state laws about AED defibrillators. Thanks for all the 
responses. Following are some helpful links Tracy Zoeller sent I thought might be 
helpful to the group. She did want me to mention we are not lawyers:) Thanks again.

It doesn't look like they are actually required at all, but are highly
recommended after a lawsuit from a parent. 

Best practices would be one per building plus one in each high physical
activity (gym, football field, etc).
